Time-lapse selfie + thinking out loud

Since I'm now in the middle of a house move (& studio, too), my paint, easel, and canvases have been boxed up for two weeks already. We are moving less than a mile away, which is great, but since I will just be returning from a 2-week backpacking trip the day before we have to clear out of our house, I started "early". So I'm not doing much art, especially considering that I'm driving so much less (20 fewer hours per week) than what I'm used to. To stay sane, and to keep developing my skill, I'm doing a bunch of portrait studies for future paintings. Here is one.
